4 self contained apartments in Grove Park, SE12, all carried out under the supervision of NHBC. |

| The plans for building the self contained apartments |
1. Purchased a detached bungalow and applied for planning permission to demolish and build 4 self contained apartments. |
2. Demolished bungalow excavated land and dug and poured concrete footings 1800mm deep. |
3. Found levels and set out foot print of property. |
4. Started to build brickwork up to DPC. |
5. More block work and dividing walls. |
6. Up to first floor window cill height with all floor air bricks in place. |
7. Block work up roof pinched semi tiled with first scratch coat render to front. |

9. Roof completed fascias, sofits, guttering and final coat of waterproof render applied. |
