Our bricklayers are highly skilled and take great pride in their work

Whether you want a garden wall, a stone wall, a dividing wall or a complete house build we can provide the correct staff for you.

We can repoint existing brickwork or build new structures from basic construction to attractive, decorative work using modern or traditional designs. We offer advice on all aspects of brickwork and paving from renovation to new build.

Below are some disabled access ramps that we installed in Well Hall Pleasaunce, Eltham SE9.  These works were instructed by the Friends of Well Wall Pleasaunce.

These were a small set of steps that we had to redesign and adapt into disabled ramps using the original stone and bricks from the steps. These consisted of old yellow stock bricks and York stone, all part of the natural heritage. New bricks were only used where some of the original bricks could not be utilised. The round small brick design was left with no alterations at all. All waste soil was reused in the Pleasaunce.

About 80 – 90 per cent of the materials were recycled.

Project 1

We carefully removed all of the existing bricks and paving slabs. We put these to one side for reuse. Reclaimed materials are great to work with.

Next came in the heavy machinery. a mini digger to remove the soil ready for a type 1 crushed concrete base as a pad.

Our bricklayers then started to set out the foundations for the retaining walls and the brick steps. We then built the brickwork dwarf walls  ready for the stonemasons to lay the path.

Once the bricklayers had finished and the stone /York stone was laid and pointed in it was ready to be cleaned.

The steps and disabled access were now complete

Project 2

We offer a full landscaping service as part of our building extension or new build service as you can see from our photos taken during and after the demolition of this existing house and the subsequent rebuild.
