Case Studies
Below are some disabled access ramps that we installed at the 13th Century Well Hall Pleasaunce, Eltham SE9. These works were instructed by the Friends of Well Wall Pleasaunce.

These were a small set of steps that we had to redesign and adapt into disabled ramps using the original stone and bricks from the steps. These consisted of old yellow stock bricks and York stone, all part of the natural heritage. New bricks were only used in positions where some of the original bricks could not be utilised. The round small brick design was left with no alterations at all. All waste soil was reused in the Pleasaunce.
Reclaimed materials are great to work with. We carefully removed all of the existing bricks and paving slabs. We put these to one side for reuse. The majority of the materials were recycled. To see more information about this project, follow the link to Well Hall Pleasaunce’s website.
Removal of Anderson Shelter and Installation of Patio and Pathway
The customer asked us to remove the existing air raid shelter and open up their garden. We added a new patio, steps into the new lawn and a pathway. This project extended the existing living space by providing the customer with a fantastic outdoor seating/ games area, as well as a more usable garden.
